GRILLED VEGETABLE KABOBS

Ingredients

Zucchini
Red pepper
Yellow pepper
Button mushrooms
Red onion
½ cup Classic Steakhouse Vinaigrette & Marinade

Instructions

If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least one hour. Cut all vegetables into 1" pieces. In a large bowl place cut vegetables and Classic Steakhouse Vinaigrette & Marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or longer. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread vegetables onto the skewers. Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill the kabobs turning once or twice until done to desired doneness, about 10 minutes. In the last 5 minutes of cooking brush with additional Classic Steakhouse Vinaigrette & Marinade or your favourite Sunset Gourmet Grilling Sauce, if so desired.
